Suji Sandwich
Ingredients: (serves 2)- Bread Slices 6
- Cream/Malai 2 tbsp
- Suji ( semolina) 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped capsicum 1tbsp
- Finely chopped Onion 1 tbsp
- Salt acc. to taste
- Chopped green chillies 1 tsp
- Black Pepper acc to taste
- Oil 1 tbsp
Method:- Mix all ingredients except bread slices.
- Mixture should be slightly thick You can add more suji if required.
- Apply this mixture over Bread slices.
- Heat tava .
- Put some oil on it.
- Now put bread slice over tava such that mixture side is baked first.
- Once it is light brown change the side.
- Serve with chutney or sauce.
