- 75 gm ghee
- 100 gm coarsely ground wheat flour
- 75 gm sugar
- 250 ml water
Method:
- Heat Ghee in a large pan (The pan should be able to accomodate 2 ltr of water)
- When hot, mix wheat flour and continuously stir
- Keep stirring till the mixture turns light borwn
- Parallely, mix water and sugar in another pan and heat till water boils and sugar is completely dissolved
- When the ghee and flour mixture turns brown, slowly pour water into the first pan while continously stirring. Stirring will avoid formation of lumps.
- Keep stirring till ghee begins to separate from the mixture.
- Serve hot
